Cheese Boards are a staple on many tables – enjoyed as part of gatherings with friends and family. Creating a balanced, sophisticated, and visually appealing cheese board is quite an art. Hosted by L’Apéro, this class will cover all the aspects of designing a refined cheese board, including cutting techniques, selecting accompaniments for the best pairing experiences, balancing different cheese types and working with themes. Join us and become a Cheese Board Master.

Menu: The class will start with a cooking demonstration (featuring cheese of course!), then we will break up into groups to create our own cheese board with different cheeses, décors and themes.
