If you aren’t ready to come to us, or prefer to stay in, we will come to you – we are so excited to be able to offer you our world-class cooking classes in your own kitchen! We will source the best ingredients from local suppliers, farmers and producers. You will cook along with Chef Dan from the comfort of your own home. Your dinner will be epic.
Menu: Thai Chicken & Vegetable Curry and Jasmine & Lemongrass Rice with Peanut & Cilantro Slaw
If you are local you don’t have to worry about shopping, we will take care of organizing ingredients for the class and have available for curb-side pick up at The London Chef kitchen or for delivery to your doorstep (we offer delivery within Victoria, Saanich, Esquimalt & Oak Bay for $5.00).
If you live farther away we will send you a detailed list of ingredients for the class – all ingredients will be easily accessible from major grocery stores. We will send you a detailed list three days in advance so you have time to shop.
If we are organizing your ingredients you have the option to sign up for pick up at our kitchen at 953 Fort Street between 2 pm – 5 pm the day of your class (call us at 250-590-1865 for delivery to your car) or we will deliver to your doorstep within Victoria between 9 pm – 5 pm on the day of your class.
You will have two options coming to your inbox – a video on demand style cooking video that you can start right away or hold off pressing play until it works for you AND a link to a live Zoom class that will start at 6 pm PST. The video is ideal if you want a quiet night of cooking along with Dan at your own pace, and the Zoom class is better suited for an interactive experience. You will have access to the video forever and can download it for future use. The Zoom class will be live and only available only at 6 pm PST.
Classes can be done alone or with the whole family and will offer a great cooking experience for both novice and seasoned home cooks.

Neutral cooking oil (vegetable, canola, peanut – not olive oil)
*you will need a can opener if you are sourcing your own ingredients
This class is naturally dairy-free and can be easily adapted for pescatarians. Please note this contains seafood (in curry paste and fish sauce that cannot be substituted) and nuts (peanuts). If you have specific allergies or don’t eat garlic/onions please contact us to discuss the best menu options.
