The cool, clean, fast-flowing waters around Vancouver Island are the perfect home for fantastic shellfish. Using the fresh and local bivalves, molluscs and crustaceans we will first learn about this fascinating species and discuss the dos and don’ts of buying shellfish. We will then prepare and enjoy four dishes using local shellfish, and demonstrate how easy seafood cooking can be. Come hungry!
