Pick up Information

The bags are available for pick up on the day of the class, from 12 pm – 2 pm at Pemberton Woods, at the parking lot just off Maddison St. (No delivery service offered for this event)

  • Knife & cutting board
  • Non-stick frying pan
  • Large frying pan
  • Large pot
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Tasting spoons
  • Olive oil and salt
  • Preheat oven to 300 F

Menu Notes

This class can be easily adapted for vegetarians and gluten-free. In keeping with tradition, we typically use red wine when cooking this dish, but it is great without it as well.  If you prefer to not cook with any alcohol please let us know and we will pack your bag accordingly.
