If you are local you don’t have to worry about shopping, we will take care of organizing ingredients for the class and have them available for curb-side pick up or for delivery to your doorstep (we offer delivery within Victoria, Saanich, Esquimalt & Oak Bay for $5.00). We will source the best supplies from local farms, butchers and shops. Your meal will be epic.
If you live farther away, we will send you a detailed list of ingredients for the class – all ingredients will be easily accessible from major grocery stores. As soon as you are registered, you will receive the shopping list and the Zoom link so you can prepare far in advance.
If we are organizing your ingredients, you have the option to sign up for pick up at the Central Downtown location (address TBC) in the afternoon of your class (time TBC) or we will deliver to your doorstep within Victoria between 9 am – 5 pm on the day of your class. (We prepare ingredients on the day of in order to keep them fresh!)
You will receive the Zoom link in your box as soon as you sign up. The class will be live and is not recorded so please be on time and ready to cook! We will also send you a reminder of what supplies to have ready and a few notes about setting up for your class. Classes can be done alone or with the whole family and will offer a great cooking experience for both novice and seasoned home cooks. Menu Notes
This class can easily accommodate gluten free (with gf soy sauce) and dairy free. If you have specific allergies like garlic or onions, please contact us to discuss the best menu options.
