  • 2 Large pots with lid or foil to cover (one for stock and the other for risotto)
  • Cheese grater
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Tongs
  • Wooden spoon
  • Tasting spoons
  • Olive oil & salt
  • Pre-heat oven to 400
