When he’s not in the kitchen, our Chef, Dan can be found behind in front of the camera as the host of wildly popular Moosemeat & Marmalade.
Bush cook Art and classically-trained chef Dan explore and compare Indigenous and European culture and cuisine in this thirteen part docuseries. Filmed in various locations across BC and the UK, Moosemeat & Marmadalde brings these contrasting chefs together in an informative and highly entertaining exploration of culture, worldview, and really good food.
Moosemeat & Marmalade airs in three languages in Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, Cuba, France, Russia, Monaco and Bulgaria. Season 5 starts is currently in post production and will begin airing in Autumn 2020.
Building on the success of the show the Moosemeat & Marmalade team developed and produced the highly celebrated web series Food For Thought – an exploration of where our food comes from and how to make it better.
