  • Large pot or frying pan for tagine with tight fitting lid or foil to cover
  • Baking tray or another oven-proof frying pan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Tongs
  • Knife & cutting board
  • Olive oil and salt
  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • *You will need a can opener if sourcing your own ingredients
