We are a fully interactive cooking school where students cook along with the Chef in real time.

Designed to look and feel like you are cooking in your own home, students each have their own cooking stations – complete with Viking Pro ranges, sinks, aprons, and cookware sets. We think that cooking should be fun. Our unique open cooking space offers an ideal environment for group cooking. The layout of our kitchen encourages socializing, and provides a great opportunity to meet new people, or spend time with old friends while you are learning to cook.

When you come to one of our classes you will leave with cooking skills and techniques that will help you feel more comfortable in the kitchen. We want you leave our classes knowing how to cook the dishes that we taught, and being ready to try some new dishes at home. We think that recipes are important, but that knowing how to cook is more important.  Our classes are worthwhile for everyone from the novice to the seasoned cook.

Public Classes We offer a wide range of public classes including kids classes, couples classes, lunch hour, afternoon and evening classes, gourmet boot camps – and pretty much everything in between. Private Classes We also offer private cooking events tailor made to suit your needs. We love having groups of family and friends in to celebrate an event with a cooking party, or hosting corporate team building with our own versions of Food Network Favorites Chopped and Iron Chef.
